My friend from work just sent me a link to this article. This is the first time a recall has ever affected us, and it's freaking me out! I got K Aquadots for her birthday and she LOVES them - she uses them all the time! Is she safe because she is old enough to know not to eat them? But a 10-year-old in the article managed to get sick!
You know, I really needed something to worry about :-(

When we were at Target a few days ago Ami said she wanted Aqua Dots for Christmas. Later that evening, I read about this. Better safe than sorry. Kids often have their fingers in their mouths.
I hear you. I told Z that I am not buying her any toys. I said I'll take her to the hardware store and she can get some nuts and bolt and some nails or something. That seems safer
